The Cable Connection, a Nevada corporation, (hereinafter “Seller”) warrants its Ultra-tec® Model 650 Swager
and Model 610 Swager, including the air or electric activated pump supplied with the swager, (hereinafter
“Product”) to be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from
the date of receipt by the customer ordering the Product (hereinafter “Customer) from the Seller or thirteen (13)
months from the date of shipment by Seller, whichever date is earlier.
